4 week course held 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28: Innergize with Eden Energy Medicine
Description:

Enhance: * physical wellness * emotional balance * mental clarity * connection to Spirit and to joy. Energy medicine, pioneered by Donna Eden, is based on the principle that the health of the body, mind, and spirit are anchored in the body’s energy systems. Your body is designed to heal itself. In this class, you will learn and practice moving your energies to get them to do what YOU want them to: from healing illness and stimulating your immune system, to increasing joy and vitality, controlling stress, and protecting yourself from people who weaken you emotionally. You will learn the “5 minute routine”, a daily practice that helps keep your energies resilient, flowing, and resistant to internal and external stresses.Innergize Innergize is a movement class which combines Eden energy exercises, including the 5 minute routine, with stretches designed to further the impact of the energy work.
